Race up the stairs 2024

This time we tried something completely different. An unconventional stair race. The longest stairs in Kladno measure almost 100 m, and climbing them really takes your breath away. Originally, the race was intended for human competitors, but after an agreement with the organizers, dogs could also run. So we all participated, including Vendetta. It was not easy for her, she is used to running mostly canicross, but here she ran alone. One of us released her from below and the other called from above, so she understood what she was meant to do. But on the first try, a cat ran out of one of the gardens, so it distracted her and she stopped and then started to come back down. On the second attempt, however, she managed well and with a time of 20 seconds, she overtook all of us 😀

After mastering the stairs, we took part in other socially entertaining competitions organized by the Labyrinth leisure center. Vendetta showed her balanced character. She was perfectly at ease in a crowd of people, especially children. She wasn’t afraid of anything, she competed with us and got a lot of cuddles from everyone.
